Xapable provides web development, mobile application development, UI/UX design, and technology consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project will be outlined in a separate agreement or statement of work.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Xapable retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
Xapable shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Termination terms, including any fees or obligations, will be specified in the project agreement.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
