Child Safety Standards Policy

Xapable is committed to protecting children and minors online. This policy outlines our strict standards and practices to ensure a safe digital environment for all users, with particular emphasis on the safety and well-being of children.

1. Our Commitment

Xapable maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any content, activity, or behavior that exploits, endangers, or harms children. We are dedicated to complying with all applicable child protection laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) provisions relating to children, and relevant local legislation in all jurisdictions where we operate.

2. Age Restrictions

Our services are intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect, store, or process personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take immediate steps to delete such information from our records. For users between 13 and 18 years of age, we recommend parental or guardian supervision when using our services.

3. Prohibited Content & Activities

The following are strictly prohibited across all Xapable platforms, projects, and services:

  • Any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or content that sexualizes minors
  • Grooming, solicitation, or inappropriate communication with minors
  • Bullying, harassment, or threatening behavior directed at children
  • Sharing of personal information that could identify or locate a minor without parental consent
  • Content promoting self-harm, eating disorders, or dangerous challenges to minors
  • Any visual depictions or imagery of child abuse or exploitation in any form

4. Content Moderation & Detection

We employ proactive measures to detect and prevent child safety violations:

  • Automated content scanning tools to detect known CSAM hashes and prohibited imagery
  • Manual review processes for flagged or reported content
  • Immediate removal of any content identified as violating child safety standards
  • Prompt reporting of illegal content involving minors to relevant law enforcement authorities (including NCMEC, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, and local authorities)
  • Regular audits and updates to our detection and moderation systems

5. Reporting Violations

If you encounter any content, behavior, or activity on our platforms that raises concerns about child safety, please report it immediately through one of the following channels:

All reports related to child safety are treated with the highest priority and urgency. We aim to acknowledge all such reports within 2 hours and resolve them within 24 hours. Your identity as a reporter will be kept confidential to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Data Protection for Minors

For users we identify as minors (under 18), we apply enhanced data protection measures:

  • Minimal data collection — only information strictly necessary for service delivery
  • No targeted advertising or behavioral profiling of minor users
  • Verifiable parental consent required before collecting data from users under 13
  • Right to data deletion — parents and guardians can request immediate deletion of their child's data
  • Default privacy settings set to the most restrictive level for minor accounts

7. Staff Training & Accountability

All Xapable employees, contractors, and partners who may interact with user data or content undergo mandatory child safety training. This training covers identifying signs of child exploitation, proper reporting procedures, and our legal obligations. Any staff member found to have violated our child safety policies is subject to immediate termination and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

8. Policy Review & Updates

This Child Safety Standards Policy is reviewed quarterly and updated as needed to reflect evolving best practices, legal requirements, and technological capabilities. The latest version will always be available on this page. We encourage parents, educators, and child safety advocates to provide feedback on our policies and practices.
